I know we say this every month but seriously where has October gone?! We’re feeling very festive here at bump, what with some fab Halloween coverage coming in and Christmas well and truly on the way!

October started with an early morning trip to Richmond for Lisa, Chloe and Hetty, to meet our lovely client Kit & Kin and talk with them about their latest adorable launch – watch this space for more details in the coming weeks!

Lisa and Jack also moved house in the first week of October, and are now happily settled into their new home, with Jack demolishing the old garage and Lisa doing her best Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen impression with the interior design already!

The Baby Show took place in October and Lisa went along to spend the day chatting to our clients who were exhibiting and finding out more about their latest products.

Christmas pitching is also in full swing, it’s basically Santa’s grotto in the office! We’ve been working really hard on Christmas gift guides and sending out items for review – just call us Santa’s little helpers!

This month, we helped Poco Nido launch their new Autumn/Winter range of supersoft baby shoes, including the gorgeous pretzel print and super fun Queens Guard shoes! The much-loved Sophie La Girafe also launched cute newborn sets, which would make a wonderful Baby’s First Christmas Gift! We were also thrilled that the wonderful muro won an IndyBest award for their fab Mega Pack wooden toy – such a great achievement for the brand!

Toby was the star of the show at a photoshoot for our new client STRYDE, and he and his friends enjoyed absolute pandemonium as the guys from STRYDE ran a fantastic party, with lots of active games for the boys to enjoy. There was also cake – surely every 4 year old’s dream?!

Our glitz and glamour for the month came in the form of the Baby Awards, which Lisa and Hetty attended in support of our fantastic client Medela, who scooped the top prize for their Swing Maxi Flex breastpump which won Best Breastfeeding Product! This was fantastic news for the brand and Lisa and Hetty celebrated with well-deserved burgers on the train home!

We also finalised plans for our Christmas parties (yes, we’re having two celebrations this year!). We will be spending the day at a spa on Dec 13^th and thoroughly enjoying a relax and pamper, and then an amazing Christmas dinner and Secret Santa present exchange is booked for the 18^th – we can’t wait!
