It’s been another busy month for us here at bump, and as the nights draw in and September comes to an end, we’re eagerly looking forward to our pumpkin spiced lattes and lots of Christmas coverage!

Polarn O. Pyret’s latest launch features their gorgeous Christmas collection including partywear, the cutest cosy PJ’s, seasonal knitwear and the latest designs from the much-loved Disney collaboration – fab for the colder weather! Medela also revealed the latest in breast pump technology, the Harmony Flex, a manual pump with their new Flex breast shields – great for pumping on the go!

There was newness elsewhere for our lovely client Nimble, who added to their range of plant-based cleaning products with Cuddle Lover, an eco-friendly fabric softener, to complement their existing Laundry Lover detergent. Press and influencer gifting accompanied the launch, encouraging people to “give a Cuddle” to a friend! Nursing bra brand Bravado launch their Original Pumping and Nursing bra in October, so lots of exciting behind-the-scenes prep work for that!

A must-have for all mamas, we shouted about Bellamoon’s unique cushioned anti-roll fin, which is located between mother and baby. This genius fin supports baby so they can relax into a feed and get a good latch that they can maintain – plus it looks lovely too! We also gifted some lovely press Kendamil’s delicious Kendakids milkshakes, containing 23 key vitamins and minerals, all you need for growing bones!

Medela’s latest initiative Medela Family, is ready to provide support from pregnancy, breastfeeding and beyond. Offering expert advice, top tips and offers through regular newsletters and support – they’re currently offering a competition to win a Freestyle Flex breast pump if you sign up. We also announced developments for Get Set Go! Putney, London’s most revolutionary club for parents, offering the highest quality, most comprehensive leisure service, but without a membership fee – exciting times!

Christmas pitching is in full swing, with our gift guides for mums, babies and children making sure our clients get featured far and wide – and our newest client Janod has the most gorgeous toys, which make a wonderful gift – we’re so glad to have them onboard.

Elsewhere, Lisa gleefully waved Toby off to school, excited about the routine again to only be back at square one again within 4 days – we had him back again for 2 weeks home schooling – so bump HQ also turned into a junk modelling party also!

Everyone came into the office for individual face to face catch ups – best bit of Lisa’s whole month. Seeing the team (albeit from a distance and just one at a time) was just such a treat. I am sure like many other business owners, you are missing the interaction with your team as Skype and Zoom is simply not the same but also I am missing catching up and finding out all about their day to day lives – I love the team so have missed that side of things – I know we have a while yet, but the odd meet up is so important.
